We would encourage all volunteers to complete this training. Not only will it help you support families more effectively, but it also provides useful knowledge and practical advice that may be beneficial in your own day-to-day life.
Following the introduction of this training, you will notice a new section in the volunteer diary called “Safe and Warm Futures”. You do not need to complete this section unless you have undertaken the e-learning.
If you have completed the training, please use the knowledge and guidance from the course during your visits and complete the new diary section where appropriate.
